Key People
Ciaran McNamara is a co-founder and Managing Director of Signature Capital Limited. He was previously a director of Investec Bank (Ireland) Ltd, where he had responsibility for Private Banking (including property lending and investments) and Treasury. Ciaran was previously a director of Gandon Capital Markets plc, which was acquired by Investec in 2000. Over the years Ciaran has had extensive dealings with many of Ireland's largest public and private companies. He is a civil engineering honours graduate of University College Dublin and worked with John Paul Construction prior to joining Gandon in 1988.

Enda Woods is a co-founder and Director of Signature Capital Limited. He was previously Head of the Property Investment division with Investec Bank (Ireland) Ltd from 2001 until 2004. Enda's responsibilities in the bank included structuring commercial property investment, development transactions and tax efficient property investments. He has extensive experience in financing and structuring UK, US and European real estate investments. Prior to joining Investec Enda was employed as Business Development Manager in BCP Asset Management Ltd where he managed direct and indirect property investments for clients. He is a graduate of UCD and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Timo Herzberg joined Signature Capital in 2006 and manages the German offices in Berlin and Hamburg. He heads up our asset management team there and is also responsible for sales and acquisitions of properties for Signature Capital in Germany. Timo studied economics at the Berlin and Hagen University. With 15 years of experience in the real-estate business, Timo has previously worked with Colliers and a number of other property management companies and developers in Berlin and Leipzig.

Alan Hynes is the Director of Signature Asset Management. As a former Director of Quinn Group and Grattan Property, he joined Signature Capital in 2011 having spent most of his career working in real estate investment. He has extensive experience in identifying, acquiring and asset managing commercial property investments across the UK and Europe. Alan holds an honours degree in Business & Finance.
Richard Donnelly joined Signature Capital in 2006 as a client relationship manager. Previously he had worked as a senior investment consultant with Cornmarket Group Financial Services before joining KBC Private Banking, where he designed structured investment products and put together syndicated property investments. Richard holds a BA in Maths & Economics as well as an MSc in Investment and Treasury from Dublin City University. He is also a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA).

Laurence Doyle is the Group Financial Controller. He joined Signature Capital in 2008. Laurence manages and oversees all the financial activities of the Group. Previously he had worked as Financial Controller with Treasury Holdings Ireland. Laurence possesses 14 years’ experience in the property sector with a number of large multinational corporations, and has gained valuable experience managing the finances of investments and developments with a cumulative value exceeding two billion euro. Laurence is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Science from University College Cork.

Ingo Arlt joined Signature in 2009 and works on the German asset management team. A qualified Property Manager (IHK), Ingo has 7 years of experience in different functions in the real- estate business. Ingo previously worked with GRAVIS as director and head of asset management.
