About Signature
Signature Capital, with offices in Dublin, Berlin and Hamburg, was formed in 2004 by Ciaran McNamara and Enda Woods.
Our team of more than 25 staff focus on co-investment with private clients, institutions and family trusts in both real estate investment and development transactions, leveraging our extensive experience and expertise in property acquisition, banking, real estate structuring and active asset management.
We have completed deals in Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States of America with total investments in excess of €900 million. In Germany we have completed over 50 deals to date totalling €600 million.
